  9.   UPCOPY uses a new technique called KEE - keyfile enabled
  10.   evaluation. You can evaluate in the usual sort of shareware mode
  11.   which has registration reminders, pauses, and no /s option. If
  12.   you prefer you can e-mail UPCFREE.DOC to me, Lewis Williams, at
  13.   100103.2675@compuserve.com, and I will send you an evaluation
  14.   keyfile which stops that. See UPCFREE.DOC for more information.

  25.   UPCOPY performs directory synchronization - it copies files one or
  26.   both ways as necessary to make directories identical. It picks out
  27.   new files, and updated files, and chooses the right copy direction.
  28.   UPCOPY can also erase files, erase duplicates, ask questions, show
  29.   file information, and show file comparisons. You can use UPCOPY
  30.   across a network to synchronize directories between PC's.

  32.   Any key or click continues. Then select: F9 to view UPCOPY.DOC
  33.   documentation, F1 for context sensitive help, F8 to learn the
  34.   benefits of registering. F10 starts a copy run. (You can do that
  35.   now to test - it's set to copy to itself, so nothing happens.)

  124.   Suppress copying and erase duplicate copies. With
  125.   prompts you can choose which duplicate is erased,
  126.   otherwise it's the target.

  130.   Standard forward copy only. Only copies from path1
  131.   (source) to path2 (target). With /E this can erase
  132.   files in path2. Files in path1 are never altered.

  136.   This gives a directory comparison without copying. Use
  137.   /D if you want to see how the file contents are different.
  138.   The /S/I combination is always available and checks entire
  139.   structures.

  143.   This also copies system and hidden files (CARE!), and
  144.   files that have changed attributes or size, with an
  145.   unchanged date.

  149.   This processes only new files, those found in just one

  154.   Old over new. This will also ask if you'd like to
  155.   overwrite a newer version with an older one. This
  156.   becomes automatic when you specify /F/Y/O.

  160.   Quick and quiet mode. This option stops most directory
  161.   information. It also stops the comparison after the main
  162.   run that double-checks the directories for outstanding
  163.   differences caused by you answering 'no' to copy questions.

  167.   UPCOPY normally skips over read-only files. If you set this
  168.   option read-only files can be updated and copied. Check the
  169.   documentation for more information on read-only files.

  173.   Processes subdirectories too. All the sub-directories of
  174.   both path1 and path2 are scanned and new directories, those
  175.   in one path only, can be created. You specify the root '\'
  176.   directory to process entire disks. /I (directory information

  181.   Always run in this windowed mode. Overrides the
  182.   default /B batch mode for UPCOPY with parameters.
